The OTCMarkets site says 9 million float as of Feb. Hard to say since they sold 18 million shares to Simmons et.al. and those shares are all free trading now.
I still think it's overvalued based on fundamentals. Significantly overvalued.
I continue to follow it with great interest to see how it fares over the long haul though. Good luck with a position.
