Why should anyone help a group of guys with a history of running P&D scams, with a history of lying to investors, and with a continuing history of ignoring financial disclosure rules? They do not deserve "help".

As for UMS, they appear to represent a badly failed business model. They don't deserve help either. Lee should have declared BK last year, and quietly gone away.
