Thanks. I've read pretty much every post now, but I have no background with Simmonds and his other companies and scams. Also, Jason Williams is a pretty common name so it is hard to do google research on someone like him. I assume you mean Rabea Allos and not Rubea Altos? Is he with Vertility Oil and Gas? Is Vertility owned/run by Simmonds? My check was made out to Vertility Corporation but when I called Vertility Oil and Gas a few weeks back the person I spoke to said that the two companies are separate (if he can be believed). I am just trying to figure all of this out. I have contacted the Peel Police as suggested in earlier posts and although I have no problem pointing the finger at Simmonds I'm not sure what to say about where exactly my money went and don't want to point fingers at the wrong people.
