I know sycamore really did Aero dirty, but at the end of the day, it's business. AERO really sold themselves out when they agreed to the terms of that loan to begin with. I am sure the judge might penalize sycamore for some of the things they did, but I am damn sure he's not gonna just cancel the 150 million loan they lent to Aero.
