Remember that TPRFF is just the foreign issue. Look at GCM and the volume over there is very healthy. There are a lot of shares to work through at these levels but they are steadily but surely getting absorbed. Once TPRFF clears the supply at .12 and GCM clears .15, I think they'll fly and catch up to the other miners.
