Revenue, profits, debt update news will be out soon which will push the PPS fly to pennies.

I believe partnerships news is irrelevant if they don't retire the upcoming notes. I assume they haven't even finalized the line of credit. So, if they haven't done that, they cannot retire notes.

If that doesn't get done asap, I believe this could be toast.
