lloydm, NO. It's not the Kallo contract. The Kallo contract is likely gone.
Plus, Kallo's contract wasn't to build 'real' hospitals, it was to build SEVERAL mobile clinics, modular structures, etc., as clearly stated in Kallo's reports in detail.
This info that you posted shouldn't make you think anything good about Kallo.
All this proves, is that Guinea has no interest in Kallo Inc after the recent elections. The new ministry of health is likely a lot more educated and smarter, and decided not to partner with a low rent no name start up company like Kallo Inc who has never done ANY of the things they claim that they can do.
Guinea likely has no more interest in going rural with their health care. They're a developing nation and likely going for a more modern and long term approach. What Kallo's offering, is really kind of regressive to the modernization of a developing nation. Guinea wants to become a modern nation, and rural healthcare which costs hundreds of millions of dollars is really a waste of money when you're long term vision is to have plaza centers, and the sort. Guinea is looking to become a modern nation, not a nation stuck in the backwoods.
Therefore, Guinea is spending their money on REAL hospitals and REAL long term healthcare.
You though this was good news???
Dang, the bad news just keeps rolling in. But I'd rather hear about it rather than not. Screw it.
