Why do you say investment in this company's very bad management is safe?

Thank you. What surprises me is that y'll are helpless for this company's very bad management. So first you agree that this company has very bad management but then you say that investment in this company is safe? How come? Bad management = risky investment. Very bad management = riskiest investment. Is this not true?

I'm from Queenborough however studied in University of Florida.
