I think your on the right track. There is no way he could sell all his shares on the market without driving the price way down, he owns way too many now. He has a definite plan, no doubt about it.

There was a question about acquisitions during the Q & A. He acknowledged the "possibility" but also introduced the idea of possible "mergers", right?

The question for me (and likely others?), is since they are about 1 year into the "3 year plan", what is the likelihood of a "merger" any day, vs in another year or so?

The revenue drop of about 75% (I think), is not "good". What is your opinion regarding a sideways move or a "pullback" in pps?
