EFFI has traded 122 million shares in the last 11 sessions all in the .0012-.0016 mostly. That's almost triple the normal volume. Not all of it (if any) is dilution so it tells me EFFI is under HUGE accumulation. Breakout, and I mean big breakout, coming..
