No they cannot resale this stuff. Not even MMAR grandfathered growers can resale. Only grow for specific clients directly.
Dispensories getting MMAR product went from grey to black.

Peeps can grow for themselves or be designated to grow for a max of 2

It says they are able to supply up to two people. Does this not make every dispensary illegal then??
