They did a nice job keeping the lid on the Amgen deal which appeared to catch shorts off guard. Worth noting there are four institutional holders who have 5% stakes and therefore enjoy insider status and information access. There are several sources of possible info leakage including those who are close to the trial data but...last time any of us checked, it's illegal to trade on inside info.
