Not exactly correct, SMME CEO just using large tranches of converted SMME shares to pay Salary and "OTHER EXPENSES" over 14 YEARS which increased shares, not PPS, which in turn Increases Market Cap. Believe SMME just added another
100 MILLION SHARES to A/S. Waiting for SMME Financials. Guessing SMME broke the 200 Million mark with ZERO REVENUE to date.
