Read the PRs....Surber basically tells everyone not to invest in penny stocks in the disclaimer. His capital structure is set up this way for a reason IMO. Buy low sell higher in pennies....NEVER invest! All IMO folks. You won't win, as Trump says, if you hold a Surber stock indefinitely.
