Do not underestimate VNDM's represented posture on the bid looking for cheap stock. VNDM is institutional or syndicate acquirer or dispersal agency. In this case they are looking for shares.... This is not retail trader stuff so it actually changes the dynamic in FDIT as far as shareholders goes...
I've been trying for .01 myself for months to buy and had to go to .012 to get the last little batch. When news hits as mobile revenue goals grow I think the .02 share count being offered out is low so we see .03, .04, .05 in very short time.
59M float is a powerful thing. We know 18M of that is locked up here. 40M shares in the right hands that hold next news cycle may present as PPS of .10-.12 on a good swing.
