It looks more like a recycled website - all the "news" is years old. Now that the gold price is rising again, they probably revived an old website, slapped a new name on it and are again trolling for people to scam.
With his history, I would imagine he would want to keep as far away from the securities regulators as possible. A shell is possible, but I would bet private investment is his game.
