I watched one company do this very same thing as WM.... Go on the pinks and just faded away.... Never reported again, abandoned the shell but kept the operating company going..... Never made any real money but enough for the CEO to make a paycheck.... And everyone was left behind....

Same story here just different players.......

World Moto stated in private emails that they expect to file 2nd Q on time.

They also said end of June, then end of July. A pattern I've noticed since the beginning is that they have never met a deadline or date projection. Another red flag in the business world.
