PEAK:NASDAQ Challenge: Find a more undervalued stock
Did anyone notice this today? PEAK reported $.08 ($.12 before severance for the quarter) and has liquid assets over $3 per share with no debt. Anyone know another profitable tech stock trading less than liquid asset value? Basically the market valuing non cash assets at 0.

jaybird- I could say the same for so many stocks

It's amazing how many absolutely solid companies have come down 40%+ lately for no reason despite blowout earnings and good guidence. Just look at HURC- down from $37 to $21 after a blowout qtr and good guidence. Look at JLG- down from $32 to $18 after a blowout qtr, and JLG actually upped their guidence. Personally, I feel that any cycilical stocks whatsoever( directly or indirectly), may only demand a 7-9 PE going forward regardless of how good earnings presently are. I'll tell you the truth Jaybird- I'm scared of this market. Wade
