Well again, this is PURE speculation on your part, and your part alone. I don't buy into other's "opinions", but rather only proven facts. Until this is proven, I will disagree with you and probably every long out here will too.

All toxic convertibles have in the contracts they are not allowed to short the shares because technically its illegal, but they all do. And more often than not, they share in the proceeds with the company principals..

a. The note from Chicago Ventures is not toxic
b. "they all do"... any proof that in fact they ALL do please or else don't post it.
c. "More often than not"...any proof that proceeds are going to be shared with RXMD principals?
