The only one shorting here is you. Which is why you want SO BADLY for everyone to actually believe that Chicago Capital is shorting. Another thing that no one has ANY proof of, and management has stated that it's in the contract that they are not allowed to.
The fact is you haven't even seen the convertible note or related documents. Therefore all of your posts are pure conjecture and opinion regarding what the contractual language states.
