#12283 RE: palmbeachkelly #12280

PBK - I still believe the refi is in the works. There are any number of scenarios that could shape what is refinanced, sold, and /or scrapped. The warrants need to be exercised by next month (9/15) which provides some additional insight into timing. Keep in mind that for the warrants to have any value the stock must keep trading. Of course, the number of shares to be exchanged will also likely be adjusted too. Basically shareholders are being diluted in a very big way.

Assuming GE gets the refi done there is still a current deficit in revenues. A lot of tonnage needs to come out of the system in order for anyone to become profitable. If you have some spare change it might be worth doing something late next week after the RS. Give the pps some time to find its equilibrium since shares tend to trade off after a RS. The only caveat is news of any refi could quickly change the pps. Roll the dice if you have the risk tolerance, but I believe there is time to get in.
