I think if we're not careful, we're going to be stuck with a bunch of real estate that we don't want. Why are we getting into real estate speculation? Makes no sense to me.
I definitely think we have the gold/silver to pull this off, hoping we don't sell to a major anytime soon as we are priced way too low.
Hoping to see a turn around soon, the property has too much going for it to not make this work!
