Blueyedcatch, no we don't want to do another offering at this time! Let the shorts cover just like any other entity! We don't need the money! Our low float takes us up quick! Our shares are worth way more now than $20! Adage bought at $19 a share when we didn't even have a deal with BP? Dan is smart enough not to dilute anymore! We just added $25,000,000 dollars at $8.20 a share when we sold to AMGN but I don't have a problem with that sale! This puppy has a long way to run before anymore dilution! In my opinion! We are at a cross road here and now! We either have trials that are doing well or there not! I feel like someone is going to step up to the plate and make us a huge deal partner wise or a total buyout senerio! Wouldn't you love to wake up one morning soon and see Dan sold us to AZN for $6.5 billion ! Your cut is around $175 a share! Trust me if our platform is what Dan and Pettite think it is then don't think it can't happen cause it can! You wake up and "Boom" your little baby bio is in the headlines ...AZN acquires Advaxis Immunothrapy oncology company for $6.5 billion! It could happen any day my friend! You can use any symbol in front of acquires . Lol! I'm not dreaming or pumping I'm just stating what can happen overnight! Would you want to be caught selling your shares only to find out you left $100's of dollars on the table the night before! Remember AMGN now has put pressure on all the other BP's to step up!

Blue, IMO Advaxis doesn't need to stock the war chest for the next five years at this moment. The Amgen deal did two things...firstly (#1) validate the platform in a much bigger way since a BP is putting up Big $ (also validate our management team with respect to cutting a shareholder friendly deal). Secondly (#2), remove the immediate overhang regarding where the next funding will come from. Advaxis won't need money until the end of '18 and perhaps not even then, based on future milestone payments for MINE. I also believe #1 caused the initial pop in the share price but #2 will be the gift that keeps giving as the share price continues to appreciate into the $20s.
