I appreciate any and all updates fxsho... It definitely would be nice for him to update the shareholders himself. Not saying your info is not a help, far from it. But he could instill some confidence in us if he'd actually do something. Over a year and we've gotten nothing from him. Not a peep.

if everything is timed right ...be nice for MDCN to drop news right after the election when CA legalizes....it would be an even better dream for them to RM with a CA based MJ Co....which would make this stock definately come alive....all speculation and IMO of course

SO it means this 200k market cap company with no business model still owes a lot of debt say about $7.5MM to $8MM . Which means this company is deep in graveyard R.I.P .

So you mean that they need to fulfill those reporting deficiencies first before going for any Reverse Mergers for now ???
