TALK is a better manager.

LOL....they bought a company (UMS) that was in dire financial straits, multiple lawsuits, and misreported revenue figures. That doesn't sound like a good "manager". Not to mention being perpetually delinquent in filings.....

I also find it interesting that TALK and UMS are used interchangeably. When it is revenue, that's okay, it seems. But when it comes to liability, they are separated somehow.

TALK is a manager of social media to prop up an insolvent stock.

Did TALK disclose to shareholders that UMS was insolvent when they acquired in and of the plan to put it into bankruptcy?

Of course not. No good for the circus show.

Safe to assume the garble about new stores is not being fully disclosed either.

What other goodies are in the delinquent filing. We need details....
