The financing deal is EXACTLY what they needed to expand operations and grow the business. This was not a toxic deal whatsoever and there's a possibility that it may never get converted to shares. Currently there is ZERO dilution. But maybe if you repeat it often enough you may get someone to believe you. Doubt it but keep trying. RXMD KING OF THE OTC!!!!!
