I am continually amazed at the circular reasoning exhibited on this board.

Once a stock has cancelled shares the stock has to be halted to preclude the public from buying shares. FINRA is the enforcement arm of the SEC for OTCBB stocks, but cannot as an entity halt trading, they need their big brother the SEC to issue the order.

But since we have already established how botched the BK filings are on ARIOQ, the stock continues to trade, thus I expect no halt, EVER.
