The license is with the patent.

Kenny signed a license agreement with MDIN. That agreement was between Sharma&Kenny on one side, and MDIN on the other. It is separate from the patent, and subsequent licensing.

Doesn't matter if Santa Claus signed the licensing agreement.

Doubtful Kenny will be given an award for being Microcrap scam stock Santa Claus of the year.
