So here are the reasons so far that shareholders and the company have received about why trading has been restricted in IPRE. None of these make sense of course:
-The impending Reverse Split (which we announced was not going forward)
-To protect the clients (I guess by lowering the stock price)
-To educate the clients (educate them about how the brokers and MM's can make them their bitches I suppose)
-Because of the price volatility (because, god knows that investors need to be protected from a stock going up and down)
-Suspicious activity (the only suspicious activity I see is the brokers completely drying up volume and killing the price of the stock)
-Because the stock is thinly traded (Actually, it was trading at quite high volume until they killed it with the restrictions)
-Aliens invaded earth (now this one I would believe)
