Optimistically, I would guess that the selling, whether it was short selling or company dilution is over, but anyone on the sidelines are a bit nervous to jump right in looking for a turn around... I'm thinking of 300,000 shares at 0.0165 might just get this think moving, maybe a 40% - 50% flip this afternoon.
