is the pk of the drug so tricky? I wasn't aware
dosing every 2-3 weeks after the loading dose (to get circulating CTGF saturable) seems pretty in line w other antibody dosing regimens - perhaps every 2 weeks indicates modestly shorter half life than the average mab..
