There is no such thing as water PROOF.

Water RESISTANT is what the S7 is, and i7 is to be same, so it is said.

There is an international standard test...enough said, google it if you wish.

Why would they? It's all about selling new phones. AAPL doesn't want your phone lasting more than 2 years.
