Or another scenario is we were just working with them at the time and were not thinking about acquiring them so rusty asked them about a news release. Then things probably changed and we decided they were such a good fit for us why not try and acquire them. For them to take restricted shares instead of cash with a stock at such a low price that may never come out of the cellar is a big risk for them. To hand over there companies like that is risky. Not just one company but two. They must love this technology or know something we don't to hand there company over for shares and in the last quarter report the officers of coho took about 80 mill in restricted shares also. Looks like someone wants to get rich ;)
