Hasn't this always been about somebody somewhere manufacturing something for Kallo. The tele health, procurement, etc is secondary to physically manufacturing infrastructure components, I.e hospitals and mobile clinics, which takes time to coordinate and complete, especially if job 1 is a 55,000 sqft hospital.
