My opinion is the only way the reverse stock split option will not be exercised by the Board is if the stock price appreciates significantly - and apparently they are going to give it some time to wait and see - if it doesn't then I suspect the reverse slit will be exercised. However, why wouldn't the company reverse split - they will get up to 25,000x on the stock that is yet authorized as stock that is not issued isn't subject to the potential reverse split.
