All I know is it missed earnings last time down by 18.4% from analysts, and next earnings around August timeframe; though recent times they have made some positive improvements overall...

TD says 11.07% of common stock owned by Institutionals too as of date...

Earnings missed by 18.5% yet they show improvement in all areas, except debt still out there...???

Many good changes here now. Dividend decent and Ex. Div date is March 18th... 11% or so now held by institutions... Annual earnings announced week ago beat analysts by +182% as well...
