Not to my knowledge. The word expect was used. That was in reference to construction to be completed. This process is ongoing but I will be surprised to see production start in the next few weeks.

Exactly!!!!! Why on earth would anyone think there would be a ribbon cutting ceremony? I believe it was Spill Monkey that perpetuated that? Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not going back through the litany of posts.
