I myself don't look for Fins to be great. It's forward guidance from the CEO that I think matters. Everyone knows where we have been. Not good for any shippers. I look at some really good big ones and there at 10 year lows. FR* as an example. Future has to be brighter then the past imo.

"... it does not appear like this first 6 months of this year are going to be favorable." I agree with that, and I think this will have a more negative impact on the stock price than this convertible note. But not by much.
