Just in case peeps don't remember or don't want to remember, it was just last May/June that the CEO threw a 'Hail Mary' with the 2nd FDA submission that he knew was likely going to be declined, because he had submitted 3rd party animal testing data knowing full well that it was older data and neither relevant to the device being submitted nor compliant with proper FDA submission protocols.
If this weren't enough, the FDA denial was leaked internally within AMIC which then triggered the PPS implosion the week AMI(C) was required to disclose the information to the investing public. Many suckers lost their monies. It also further damaged JK's and his company's credibility in the process.
So who would want to invest in an outfit like this that lies to and openly deceives its investors?
