Yes you are correct but the filing earlier this year shows that they raised the authorized shares to 300 mill to allow funding If necessary. Still a VERY nice SS and the float is tiny!!

JNSH broke and closed over the 50ma on Friday, should open many eyes to the prize here IMO. Looking forward to a great month ahead here
