Jeffrey J. Ansley, is the Defense Attorney for Signature Stock Transfer, in Kenneth Maciora v. Signature Stock Transfer. Interestingly, after he appeared on the Docket (linked below), no further action has been taken. Maciora has been trying to obtain unissued shares from the TA...simply because he gave a former employee $2,000 for these shares without checking MEC's Form 10-12/GA to verify they were authorized and issued.
