TBT, yes, most governments are biased at best. The news from Obama-land is a full court press to implement electric vehicles as soon as possible. Massive funds have been spent on Elon Musk's project ($500M?) and Argonne National Laboratory (US government's premier research lab) have been given money to build better batteries which can be recharged in 10 minutes or less.

This will probably be deleted, but these are facts and the headwinds that Mills faces. In my opinion, the door to ECSL's success is closing rapidly.
