Agreed, good Q and well negotiated notes.

Company did exactly what it said it would do as per a previous PR.

Also timely filing.

Company Renegotiated old TOXIC notes to better serve its shareholders as best as it could. Debt holders can be a tough crowd to satisfy.

Also Not easy to get debt holders to accept CASH when they see a flourishing company growing and the potential of making a lot more $$$ by selling smartly on the way up.

Congrats to the company for being transparent.

TXHD People who did not like this 10Q are flippers looking for immediate gains. Give this as little as 2-3 weeks and the gains will come and TXHD in a much better position. We are still are very low float stock and as for me I look past the small dilution to the big picture. TXHD is in a much better position now.
