Im not even sure who that slide presentation was for but it is only giving excerpts. that being said, when looking at page 6....section (D) which is where you find the wording for the manufacturing is under the title (b)(1) and the entire page is under section 505. so if it follows natural legal outline they are talking about 505(b)(1)(D) as the subsection of the law which of course is not under the 505(b)(2). so when looking up that portion of the law I haven't seen it under 505b2 requirements. however, that's not saying didn't miss it.
