I'm sorry, but what part did you not understand that, according to the ADTM/Adsupply merger agreement, ADTM is REQUIRED to raise $12 million cash?

in case you can't do the math, that would be another 120 BILLION of newly issued common shares just to satisfy the merger agreement for the financing, plus another 160 BILLION that would have to be issued to Adsupply, totalling 280 BILLION newly issued common shares

but it could be they need the money for the merger
