Why not give Steve in IR an email, he'll answer your questions.
Not sure how accurate the answers will be, but maybe you can
tell something by the confidence of his email.

.. or call him if you have a decent rate. That way you
can hear the tone.

Be sure to ask him about the PRs that have been sitting on his
desk awaiting approval to release.
