Based solely on my opinion of what I can find on Harvest, the Quirks are no longer part of the operation. Mrs Quirk, The re-tweeter, and Captain Quirk seem to have been tossed out by Scott Martin.
That being said where Scott is conducting business, the other ex-exec usually isn't far away.
Something is coming to FPFI, and it appears its going to be an interesting read.
