Has it been made available to investors, or to the SEC? Have you reviewed it? Has it been approved?

As long as this company continues to be a SEC filer, they need to follow Guide 7 rules. If they expect investors to rely on a plan submitted to the DNPM, investors have the right to see it and make sure it complies with Guide 7 when it comes to reserves/resources/grade, etc. and economic viability.
