yes , but they still got a long ways to go . they had 70 percent of the shares only to be diluted down to 9 percent ...this is still a very low low float of shares and any good news would blow this above 10 cents ...hit pennies a couple times with no news tighten your belt while you can buying this low is a great buy in my opinion. good luck ...kazzz
