Thanks Bull Runs for the detailed update. I also received a similar response from him. Since Alex asked us to be discreet with the information, I wasn't sure how to post it here.
Basically, majority of the newly issued shares are locked as per Alex's email response. One more thing that I can add here is that the increase in SS is mainly due to the Company's entry into the energy sector in addition to other expansions and that it will be very profitable to the shareholders in the long run. Alex and Byron are planning on releasing a PR with regard to this. This stock remains a great investment for us.
